Our bespoke asset management focuses on the development of the tailored long-term investment portfolio based on unique circumstances of the client.

We strongly believe in a straightforward and long-term investment strategy. Numerous research proves that only such approach allows to maintain and constantly increase the portfolio value. Whilst simple at a first glance, it requires discipline, resilience to emotional decisions and behavioural traps, and the ability to distinguish and take calculated risks to achieve portfolio objectives.

Fees and requirements

​Minimum investment: $1m.
Optimal investment horizon: from 5 years
Management fee: 2% from assets under management (charged quarterly)
Success fee: 20% from the return above hurdle rate (high-water mark provision applied).

Next comes the execution - an important stage of the portfolio construction. Depending on the forecasts and observed markets situation optimal tactics and methodology for trades execution are applied.

Post-execution, the portfolio is monitored on an ongoing basis and regular client reporting is maintained. In the event of a material change in portfolio or in investor’s circumstances, adjustments/rebalancing is performed.

After the client's investment profile is determined and agreed, an individual investment strategy is formed, a suitable investment portfolio is developed, limits for asset classes and level of acceptable risk are defined.

Our ways of working

As a first step, the plan and framework are defined in the Investment Policy Statement. This includes principles and rules of investing, the decision-making process and guidance over our communications with the client.

It sets out the client’s levels of return and risk he/she is willing and able to accept, agreed commissions and tariffs, rights and obligations of the parties as well as other terms and conditions. It also accounts for investor’s personal circumstances, requirements, constraints and preferences such as:
